New Marketing Strategies presented by Jerry Rouleau

“The way to market and sell homes has changed. There are new tools and strategies to use. Today, Marketing your business can be less expensive and more efficient than ever before.” Jerry Rouleau

An enthusiastic group greeted Jerry Rouleau for his presentation on marketing for the changing housing market. Attendees learned about tools that can be put to use immediately to improve web site conversion, email marketing, on-site visits and most importantly, closing the sale. Three of the powerful marketing tools discussed included:

  • video emails
  • geographic locating of prospects
  • mystery shopping

Rouleau also discussed the importance of a well built web site, the value of PR and ways to use women’s centric design concepts to attract more buyers.

Rouleau began the day-long workshop by having attendees create to-do lists for each of the three upcoming months. Over the course of the day, he suggested they add to that to-do list as they heard ideas that they could implement immediately or in the near future. His goal was to make sure each attendee had an action plan when they finished the day.

The workshop drew folks from Maine and New Hampshire.
