Update: Residential Sprinkler issue

“The builders and consumers of Maine dodged the sprinkler system bullet again. This was a great example of our industry mobilizing to defeat a very ominous adversary…the Fire Marshall’s office. Thanks to all those who went to hearings and Technical Advisory Group meetings. What would we do without Roger Rossignol? This is a great example of the Modular Home Builders Association at work for you. The efforts of several members prevented you from being burdened with not only the cost of residential sprinklers ($10,00 - $15,000 per house) but also the whole technical bag of worms associated with the installation of the systems.
